The Sapphire Tree

An Australian based singer, Bonnie J. Jensen who used to sing at a club in Japan has released her new album "The Sapphire Tree" (LaBrava). In this, her third album, she sings 11 songs in her unique style, in a lazy blue mood, backed by Miroslav Bukovsky's group "Wanderlust".

The songs are standards like "A night in Tunisia","Angel Eyes", "Night and Day" mixed with Jimmi Hendrix' "Little Wing", the U2 number "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" plus three of her originals.

This is a very attractive piece of work.
